The dates, access requirements and first steps for your Forever character.
Launch date
Blizzard lists November 4, 2026 at 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time as the global launch. That is November 4 at 23:00 UTC. Check your local time before planning a group session.
Joining beta
The beta began September 17 and is scheduled through October 21. Access depends on an invitation or an eligible purchased edition. In Battle.net, select World of Warcraft: Forever Beta from the game-version menu before installing.
Before you start
Choose a class, open its talent planner and save a leveling plan. Treat a beta plan as an experiment: write down what feels weak, then change one choice at a time. Your saved build is kept on this device; share the build URL when moving to another device.
