Rulesets and sources
Dungeon and raid groups stay within a ruleset and faction. Battlegrounds can include other rulesets, with Hardcore separate. Characters cannot freely switch rulesets; create another character to choose a different one. Collections and Legacy Points are shared, with additional restrictions for Hardcore.
