Talents and classes
Mage, Priest and Shaman trees have changed. Class pages cover the new abilities, raid-wide buffs, pet tuning and combat fixes. Removed talents no longer accept points; saved plans keep their existing identities.
Racial abilities
Weapon racials were replaced for Humans, Dwarves and Orcs. Tauren, Skyborne, Undead, Gnome, Night Elf and Troll abilities also changed. Race pages show the revised effects and cooldowns.
Quests and Dalaran
Quest fixes cover Raene’s Cleansing, How Big a Threat?, For Love Eternal, Sparring Match, The Attack!, Twisted Hatred and The Anchors of Zephras. In the Darkshore Body and Heart quest, Cenarion Moondust is reusable to summon Lunaclaw again. Horde access to the Dalaran dungeon remains open; the outdoor city is hostile.
Items, professions and Legacy
Draught of Predatory Senses is now a Combat Potion. Mystic Mushroom and Insight correctly grant Spirit; scrolls trigger the global cooldown. Crafted vendor prices fell, but replacement values are unspecified. Bartering excludes training and repairs. Master Chef and Luremaster moved left without changing their five-point gate.
PvP and world
Marks of Honor stack to 30. Creature health regeneration outside combat is fixed. Wetlands Dragonmaw Orcs, Gnolls and Incendicite Ore respawn more consistently. Horde characters no longer gain Kirin Tor reputation.
Controls and interface
Hunters can enable automatic melee/ranged attacks, including on gamepad. Auto Shot and wands require 0.5 seconds standing still. The patch adds a gamepad swing timer, improves quest interactions and fixes profession artwork, auction item levels/stats and dungeon-list filtering.
Details still needing confirmation
The notes give two different Winter’s Chill formulas; the calculator marks this conflict. Eureka’s stealth wording is also unclear. Arcane Wrath is announced as a new 16-point talent but missing from the published tree export, so its tree position is not guessed.
