Before the run

Ratchet — Mebok Mizzyrix and Crane Operator Bigglefuzz give the two neutral goblin quests.
At the caverns — Nalpak and Ebru, inside the entrance tunnels.
Thunder Bluff, Elder Rise — Hamuul Runetotem, then Nara Wildmane: the chain that ends in Leaders of the Fang, the best weapon reward here.
Thunder Bluff — Apothecary Zamah: Serpentbloom, picked off the ground inside.
Ratchet — Mebok Mizzyrix: Smart Drinks; Crane Operator Bigglefuzz: Trouble at the Docks.
